Hi,

I am currently having 2 issues with BCM 2007. One on an XP Pro computer and
the other on a Vista Business computer.

Vista SP1 was installed and after this, BCM was not an available option.
The DB was still in the data files and all the BCM contacts still visable.
This machine was sharing the BCM in the network. All the other PC can still
access it all OK. I have been able to get back so as the BCM is now an menu
option, but when you go into the contacts the History is not accessible.

The XP Pro PC can access the BCM contacts, but has lost the BCM menu option
and like the Vista PC, shows no history.

Sorry if it is a little long winded.

Kind Regards
JP

I'm having the same issues. Sometimes it will even let me work for a little
bit before it crashes. I'll reboot and it still does it. I've repaired (not
reinstalled) Outlook with BCM, I've reimported the ACT files, all appears to
go well... then I get the error! Very frustrating! I've been using ACT for
years and really want to be rid of it. I want to use BCM as I think it will
be a viable, user-friendly db for our company - but not if we can't "use" it!
Anyone, please help!!!!
