I use shortcuts extensively in the navigation pane in Outlook 2007 on a
laptop that is normally docked and networked, and have noticed to my chagrin
that if I am disconnected and open Outlook offline, all of my user-created
shortcuts disappear, and do not reappear when I am back online and docked.
My only recourse is to recreate all of the shortcuts again from scratch,
which is very time consuming.

Is this a bug? It certainly is frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

Additional info: I am not using any special characters in my shortcuts.
Most of them are named with very short names, like "SAH" or "ERH" (without
the quotes of course).
