2007 Access - I have accidentally turned off all of the options...

under the Office Button for my database. Is there a way to turn them back on?
I cant access the options anymore. Please help.

I assume you mean you have hidden the menus. Try starting Access with
the shift button held down.

Do you still have the Quick Access Toolbar visible?
If so, drop-down the button at the right-end, and uncheck "Minimize the
Ribbon", or try Alt+H for Home.

I had gone into Access Options, Current Database, and then turned off Allow
Full Menus.

And poof it went away.

What I did to fix it, was I added an Accees Options quick key to the Quick
Access Toolbar and then turned it back on.
