I have a customer with Outlook 2007, new install on Windows XP. The
installed our product. Created a profile and added our MAPI message store
provider.

Start Outlook 2007 and the user get a error message:

"Cannot open your default e-mail folders. Could not open the item. Try again."

I ran "filemon" (file monitor from sysinternals) and Outlook doesn't even
attempt to look for our dll. I looked at MAPISVC.INF file and everything is
correct in that file.

POP3 work just fine.

I'm at a total loss right now since this is only happening on this one
customer site.

No, that is not the issue. This only happens on this one particular company.
We have several users using our product with Outlook 2007 just fine.
