[2005] How get *.Design.vb file via macro?

Hello everyone,

I have AddIn which create controls from table structure. I builded this for
VS.NET 2003.

For now I try to port this to VS.2005 and I have problem to get for example
Form1.Designer.vb code
where I should add code for generated controls.

How can I get this file for active form?
