I too had several problems with my new (upgrade from 2003) NIS 2004. I
couldnt get to some websites, I couldn't do a Remote Session in XP for
a client, and I got several errors on the update thing...

I attempted to call Symantec and they told me that with the 3 or 4
"incidents" I was calling about, the cost of the call would be $150 to
diagnose and fix...

I uninstalled 2004 and put back on my 2003 which I very much liked and
had no problem with.

I agree... wait until v2004 NIS comes out to upgrade to 2004!

geeez
