Where do I find the animating feature if I want to send an email from outlook
with blinking text and confetti. It was easy to find in 2003 and earlier. I
have yet to find it in 2007

Outlook 2007 doesn't support animated gifs - thank goodness.....

Those text effects were removed from Office 2007.

(These were text effects, not animated gif's.)
