2003 vs. 2007 "Move To Folder"

In Outlook 2003, there was a toolbar button for "Move To Folder" and when you
clicked on it to move an email, it dropped down a list of the last ten
folders you moved emails to. At the bottom of this list, there was a "Move To
Folder..." option that allowed you to choose your folder if it was different
than the ten above.

In Outlook 2007, I only find a "Move To Folder..." button that brings the
entire folder list that you must scroll through to locate which folder you
would like to move the email to.

Is there a way to see it how it used to be in 2003?

Still there; directly between the Print icon and the Delete icon in the main
Outlook window.

The Toolbar item you found is the "Move to Other Folder" icon, which does
not appear on the Toolbar by default and can only be added by customizing
the Toolbar.
