I have an IBM PC running windows XP Home Edition, Service Pac 3, Pentium (R)
4, CPU 2.8GHz, and 896 MB RAM. I use Outlook 2003 SP3 for mail/contacts/etc
and Firefox to browse. Last week, I am not sure of the exact day, the
computer starts making a clicking noise (click, click, click-click), and it
only happens when Outlook is open and running the auto send/receive. I can
live with the noise but the cursor disappears and I cannot type while the
clicking is in process. I have looked in Outlook options but cannot find an
answer. Do you have any suggestions?
