I am using Vista and Ourlook 2003 to access my hotmail and my comcast
account. Up until 4 days ago everything was fine. Now all of my outgoing
mail sits in the outbox. Outlook shows the dialog box "preparing the
send/receive" and goes thru all the steps withour any error messages but just
doesn't send. Outlook will not send any outgoing messages from either
hotmail or comcast. I have gone to the knowledge base and haven't found
anything that helps. I have deleted, recreated, resent, shut down, restarted
and everything I can think of. Please advise
