Outlook 2003, Vista.
Worked great for couple months. No settings changed.
Stopped receiving 2 days ago. Can send. NO ERROR MSGS.

Went to TOOLS, OPTIONS, MAIL SETUP.
Under Send/Receive, pressed Send/Receive button which turns blue yet does
nothing.

Pressing Send/Receive on menu bar will send. Sent test emails out, then
replied from received test message in hotmail, which shows it sent. Outlook
doesn't receive, nor from other confirmed senders in other ISPs.

Pressing Send/Receive on menu bar, then Send/Receive Settings, then Define
Send/Receive Groups - does nothing.

Please help. Thank you.
Noel

I, too, have the same problem with my Outlook 2003, XP.

It started after I updated this last time.

There is an icon that says I'm offline all the time and in order to
send/receive I have to do it manually. I receive emails okay. The emails I
reply to don't send and some new ones as well.

When you use the webmail interface to your e-mail account, does it
show any new items sitting in your Inbox? And to WHICH e-mail
provider are you connecting?

Simple answer to a lot of problems - Install Office CD, then select the
"REPAIR" option. When done, reboot.
Problem solved by self.
