2003 Outlook "Enter Network Password"

Every time Outlook tries to send/receive email, it asks me to enter network
password. This password is my email password, and if I enter it, I can
send/receive. Even though I have outlook to send/receive automatically, it
keeps asking for the password. Checked with server and they say everything
is fine with the account on their end.

HELP PLEASE! This just started happening yesterday - no issues, ever!
