Hey, I am not sure how to even ask what I want but I am going to try. When I
put in a birthday in my contacts it automatically puts into my calendar as a
recurrence which I love but the times of the Appointment that is set up is
12:00AM which I hate because it wakes me up at 11:45 the night before the
birthday. How do you change the Appointment Recurrence Time in the
Appointment Time. I have my calendar start time for 6:00 am and my end time
for 7:00 pm but that doesn't change my Appointment Recurrence Time in the
Appointment Time. Do I have to go in each birthday reminder and change them
all one at a time per person?

When Outlook adds a birthday from a contact, it's added as an all-day events
which, by definition, last from 12AM one day to 12AM the next. If you have
default reminders enabled, then, I believe, a reminder will be put on the
event (although it should be 18 hours before, not 15 minutes before). You can
certainly remove the reminders one at a time, but if you display your calendar
in the "Annual Events" view, add the Reminder field to the column headers,
group by that field, you can then fairly easily select all your birthdays and
drag the selection to the "Reminder: No" group to remove them all at once.
