I have Outlook 2003
I have multiple PST files going back years - each in a different
folder.
I would like to be able to open multiple (all) pst files in one go
without having to open each one individually (I want WDS will index
them all.)

Suggestions?

You mean connect all your pst-files to Outlook with a single click? Not
possible. Use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... per pst-file you wish to
connect.

yes - that's what I am doing - I was (am still) hoping for an
alternative/ work-around
