2003 Mail formatting problem

I have a client whose email started coming across with a formatting issue.
She's using Outlook 2003 and Word 2003 as her editor. It's set for HTML
messages.

Anything she writes when viewed by the person she's sending to has the text
shifted off the screen to the left by about 1/2" or so.

Does anyone have a clue as to how to fix this problem? It's something
that's just started in the past week or two. It had been fine for years.
