What more can you say - bookmark works in word 2003 but when you try to set
up a hyperlink with frontpage 2003 to use the bookmark to go inside the word
document it stops at the first page and fails right there no matter what you
try to do to get it to recognize the word document has a valid bookmark

Because Word is not a HTML document.

Manually create the hyperlink, then test in a browser to see if it will work, as the user will need
to have Word installed for it to work, if it works.
