Probably some of the stuff in System.DirectoryServices wouldn't be
compatible. Mabye some cryptography. But mainly, I'm thinking I heard
somewhere that the ActiveDirectory integration with is much better on 2003
server. Or was that with Whidbey? Hmmmmmmmmmmm.
