2003, can I use dates to incorporate a slide(s) on the fly?

Can I employ dates, via macros, etc...; to control what slide(s) will or will
not be displayed. As the presentation is running (i.e. on the fly)???

There is a product called PlanPoint by Kurt duPont. It does this type of
thing well.
