As with all items in Windows and Windows-based apps, you can select the top
item in a list by clicking on it. If you move your pointer to the last item
in a list and hold the Shift key while you click, you'll select (highlight)
all the items in the list. That's what I mean by "highlight all the items
in that category". You can also select only certain items in the list by
holding the Ctrl key when you click.
In Outlook (and in many Windows apps), if you left-click on a selected group
of items and drag them elsewhere, the action constitutes a "move" - putting
a copy in the destination and removing the original from the source. If you
right-click and drag, however, you'll get a pop-up menu allowing you to
choose "Copy", "Move", or "Cancel".
So, to copy all the entries in the "Holiday" category from Calendar A to
Calendar B, view Calendar A in "By Category" view, click on the first
"Holiday" entry in the "Holiday" category, hold the Shift key, and click on
the last item in the "Holiday" category. Then, right-click and hold on any
selected entry and drag the ppinter to Calendar B. Release the mouse button
and choose "Copy" or "Move", as appropriate to what you want to do.
I hope that's clearer.
