2000 upgrade did not move profiles directory to Documents and Settings

After upgrading from NT4 to Windows 2000, the user
profiles stayed in the "winnt/profiles" directory. I
would like to use the standard "C:/Documents and Settings"
folder for these files. Is there a way to change the
default location that Windows 2000 uses to create user
profiles, or more specifically, how to create the system
folder named "Documents and Settings" and designate it as
the user profile directory?
