hello,
For the last few days, in the middle of the day, all 15 pinters seem to hang
up. I can see jobs in the printer queues, but, as the admin, i cannot delete
the jobs, restart the jobs, etc etc etc.

the only thing i figured out was that if i go into the win 2000 server
SERVICES...stop and restart the printer spooling service, everything seems to
clear itself out.

Now, why would this service be getting hung up? nothing has changed on the
server or on our network. How can this issue be resolved.

server 2000 with sp4.

Somewhere along the line, a printer driver has become corrupted. However
which driver on which PC is another matter!
