Our motherboard and processor died in a 2000 server, so we
replaced them, but 2000 Server hangs now when it tries to
boot, is there any way other than reinstalling 2000 server
to get the server to boot?

Thanks for any help that can be given.

I'm guessing the system board is different. Therefore you must boot in safe
mode and then go into device manager and delete all system board items and
then reboot and hopefully win2k will boot enough to fix it's self by
"finding new hardware" and install the drivers.
