2000 Pro upgrading Outlook

I upgraded to 2000 Professional along with Office 97 for Outlook. I am getting an error message when opening Outlook that reads
"The procedure entry point WNetEnumCachedPasswords could not be located in the dynamic library MPR.dl

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
