Greets!

I wonder if any of you have an idea for solving a little inconvenience I
have to deal with...

I have a notebook working under WinXP Prof. which I often connect to two
differently configured networks. First one is using TCP/IP protocol with
DHCP, all the computers work under WinXP. Second one contains of computers
running different versions of Microsoft?s OS-es. This one is using two
protocols: NetBEUI together with TCP/IP (static addresses).

Fortunately, since Win XP offers alternative configuration of TCP/IP, only
change I?m forced to make every time I want to use different resources, is
changing the name of the workgroup.

So my question is: Is there any way to use my notebook in both networks
without changing the name of the workgroup every time I plug in?

Of course I?m unable to rename any of workgroup names, which would be the
easiest possible solution.

Any ideas?

Thanx in advance anyway
