Is it possible to install 2 different versions of IE on
the same computer?

I am currently running IE 6.x. But I have an internet
application that doesnt support IE above 5.0.

I tried uninstalling the upgrade to IE 6.x, but that
caused a series of headaches. And didnt work in the end.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Mike

Mike,
No, you cannot have more than one Internet Explorer running. If you want
to use IE5.5 or less, delete IE completely and install the earlier version
of IE.
You can download IE5.5 or less from one of these websites. It is a slow
download.

Remove IE completely if you have Windows 9x or ME. Use IE Eradicator to
completely delete Internet Explorer.

With IE 6 you cannot have both version in the same partition of the HD.

You must install a dual boot the install Windows and IE in an other
partition.
