is it possible for somebody to be using the host computer under account 1
and some1 remotely connects to the host from a client and uses account 2
simultaniously?

Yes, you can do this using Terminal services on Windows Server 2003 or
Windows 2000 server.
XP has a limit of one user only

So really the answer is NO - not unless you fork out the
money for 2003 server.

Well, you didn't specify the OS, so I stated all the ones that support
terminal services!
again:
YES - if you have Windows 2000 server
YES - if you have Windows Server 2003
One user XP
NO Windows 2000 Wks

Can an additional license that will work with Windows XP
Pro allow for more users at once or are we forced to go to
Windows Server 2003? I would prefer to stay with XP Pro.

For now, XP is hardcoded to 1 client...
