HOW 2 UNLOCK ACCOUNT

I know this is a silly question, but how on earth do I
unlock a user account on my XP pro stand-alone machine?
The help file says I can go on to the advanced tab under
user accounts in the control pannel, (to require ctrl-alt-
del to log on) but I dont have one and wonder if you
unlock them on there?
