Hi,
I have two scanners installed under XP, the latest one is a Cannon 8000
for scanning negatives, the other an HP printer/scanner unit. When I try to
run the Cannon I get an error saying "Unable to load TWAIN". I think the HP
printer scanner, is clashing with the cannon.
Anyone know how to select different TWAIN sources or drivers in XP, or how
to fix this problem. The Cannon is USB as is the HP. Cheers John

Have no idea if MS got this issue resolved yet, but read this:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;324756

BTW this is a Win2K newsgroup, not XP.
