2 Questions Regarding Reports

Reports open with the report shifted down a half inch and to the right a
half inch. The vertical scroll bar is correspondingly about midway down and
the horizontal scroll bar is correspondingly about midway to the right. Is
there a way to make a report open so that the top left corner of the report
is at the top left corner of the screen eliminating the gray area at the top
and at the left?

Also, is there a way to remove the magnifying glass when a report opens?
