the work-around for the first one would be to put the same clip on the
audio/music track and overlap it with a silent audio clip, and mute the one
on the video track. The overlap with the muted clip would do the long fade..
a silent clip is any clip that is muted.
yes, you can make DV-AVI files from WMV regardless of where they came from.
