2 processors listed in device manager

I have a new ProStar notebook computer and I noticed that processors section
in Device Manager shows two instances of the installed processor.

So far as I know there is only one processor in this notebook.

Anybody have any idea why two processors are listed?

Must be a P4 with hyper-threading enabled.
