Matt,
It's easy to convert a drive from FAT32 to NTFS.
Just open a Command Prompt window, and type:
convert X: /fs:ntfs
Where X: is the letter of the drive you want to convert.
Note that if the drive is the boot drive, you will need to
reboot your PC afterwards for the change to take effect.
