1] I'm using Outlook 2003, and e-mails i send to outside of the company won't
send.

For example, if my e-mail is (E-Mail Removed), my e-mails will only
send to others with (E-Mail Removed).
Any time i do send one to for example, (E-Mail Removed), it comes back with;

''Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
550 Authentication is required for relay.''

2] Also, when ANYONE sends me an e-mail, from within the company or not, i
only receive them when i send out an e-mail to someone. So sometimes i get
lots of e-mails throught at one time from the day before if i've not sent out
an e-mail in that time.

Have you talked to your IT dept/Exchange Admin about this? That should be
your first point of contact for Outlook problems in a corporate
environment...

Because you are NOT on the network (on-domain) of the SMTP mail host to
which you are trying to connect. They don't know who you are when
coming from off-domain so they don't know you have permission to use
their resources. Authenticate to the SMTP mail host in the e-mail
account you configured in Outlook.

This assumes you are connecting to an SMTP mail host outside your
company's network. If you only have an Exchange account defined for an
e-mail account in Outlook (which is your company's Exchange server) then
they have a problem sending out your e-mails. You'll have to talk to
your company's e-mail admin about the problem since there is nothing you
can do on your end.

Don't know about that one. But then you never mentioned what type of
e-mail server that your company uses or what type of e-mail account(s)
you have defined in Outlook.

If using Exchange, see what happens when you disable cached Exchange
mode in Outlook (which changes it from waiting for notifications from
Exchange to going back to the old method of performing periodic mail
polls).
