problem 1:
does not work as advertised, to wit: gcasServ remains in
startup when told not to be resident at startup. also
many many many gcas* process are displayed with task
manager.

has this bug been reported?

how does one stop the antispyware to not startup? if no
stopping what are the remove instrutions, or where does
microsoft have a remove antispyware script?

problem 2:
with an alert on my slow computer scrolls the alert popup
window so fast it cant be read. how does one stop the
scroll?

thanks

1. This beta does not like the taskbar to be on the sides, you must put
it on the bottom or top.

2. To Run MSAS in passive mode:

jack do you by any chance have Lavasoft Ad-Watch running?
and did you "LOCK" the startup selection in the blocking
options?

You mean that alerts "run" along the right side of the screen and
disappear? Do you have the taskbar vertically? If so, this is the bug
already reported - until beta 2 comes to the world, place the taskbar
horizontally.
