2 mailbox problem...

We operate on a coporate network using Outlook 2k3. I have 2 mailboxes
setup under my one account. One mailbox is my personal email account
for which I recieve all my corporate email, the other is a support
mailbox for which I receive support emails from our corporate users.

My problem is when I respond directly to corporate users requests
within the support mailbox it appears to users that its coming directly
from me under my personal mailbox (ie (E-Mail Removed)). Whereas I'd
like it to appear as if its coming from my support mailbox, for example
(E-Mail Removed).

Is there something I can change within my configurations to make this
change, or is there something that has to be changed on the exchange
server itself? Or can this even be done? I'd like to to try to keep
just one Outlook session open with 2 mailboxes, but its no problem if
my only solutions is to have 2 Outlook sessions open (one for my
personal mailbox the other for my support mailbox).

Any help is appreciated.

You can only have one Outlook session open so your last suggestion is dead
in the water. Rather than having the second mailbox open in your same
profile, have you investigated Send and Send As permissions with your
Exchange admin?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, (E-Mail Removed) asked:

Ok. I follow. Two sessions won't work. Understood.

Your suggestion about Send and Send As Permissions, those would be
under the Permissions tab using the exchange administrator, correct?
Under which mailbox/profile would I make this change, my personal
mailbox/profile or under the support mailbox/profile?

Would the Delivery Options tab have anything to do with it?

Thanks for the help.
