2 Instances of FP in the "Open With" menu - help.

When I right-click on a file I'd like to either see in IE or edit in
FrontPage, I see FrontPage listed twice as a choice in the "Open With"
selection. Both instances do the same thing - they work. Is there a way to
remove one of the menu instances? I'm comfortable editing the registry if
needed.

Win XP with Office XP and FrontPage 2002 loaded.
