2 Horizontal lines are appearing alongside the signature in Outlook 2003,
when the email is in HTML Format, these disappear when we change the format
to Rich Text.

However we wish to continue sending email in HTML format and wish to know
who to remove the 2 lines.

The lines are located to the left side of the signature, the 1st appears at
the beginning of the 1st line of the signature and the 2nd Line appears at
the beginning of the last line of the signature.

Anyone know whats causing this and how we can remove get rid of these lines

Got a screenshot of it somewhere?
You should be able to easily remove it by directly looking at the HTML code
of the signature by opening it an HTML editor like FrontPage or even
Notepad. Don't open it in Word.

But that page is set to private ;-)

These lines should easily reveal itself in the HTML code of the signature.
Recreating it would also be an option. The signature doesn't look overly
complicated to me.

How did you insert the text? Have you tried making the signature again, from
scratch - do not copy and paste. Or view the signature HTML file using an
HTML editor and remove the code. (It looks like the HTML quote prefix - did
you copy and paste those lines?)
