I have a client that has 2 accounts set up his outlook 2003, our exchange
server account and his personal POP3 account. We have OWA set up, so any
e-mail going to mailbox - user name will appear on OWA for use on internet.
This includes all e-mail from his personal account, we dont' want this. Is
there a way to tell outlook to not transfer these e-mails to OWA? I assume
that because it is set to all mail be received be placed under mailbox - user
name (the exchange mailbox) then it will all go to OWA, is this correct?

Create a rule that moves all messages coming in via the personal account to a
local PST. POP and Exchange share the same delivery location. Outlook 2007
ameliorates this by allowing you to specify separate Inboxes for each account.
