Would like to copy user data files for personal contact, calendar, and email
folders to another 'backup' PC from my laptop.

Assume the 'myname.pst' folder has all the email folders... but maybe not ?

And the other folders ?

Please advise.

Thanks again for your help.

All of Outlook's folders are kept in the same file, the PST. See this:
