hello every 1
will its my first time to use windows mail .ididnt work when i my hotmail
so i get new mail you can see it but after that idont know what to write for
this
incoming mail pop3 or imap server
and for outgoing email name ?
so pp plez help me

You need to talk to the folks you "get new mail" from, they will be able to
tell you exactly what to write for those items.

i know how to mack an email and idid have new 1 but after ?

Microsoft recently enabled POP access for free Hotmail accounts.
Follow the settings given here:

Use port 587 rather than port 25 for the SMTP server.

Windows Mail's new account wizard is hard-coded to reject Hotmail
and MSN addresses. So, when you enter your email address initially,
use a fake one, such as (E-Mail Removed). After the account setup is
complete, go back and correct your email address.

If you want to set up an email account other than Hotmail, let us know
who the mail service provider is.
