how 2 change win2k prod key?

I got impatient waiting for 2nd win2k upgrade cd to
arrive and used same cd/product key on 2 machines. Now i
have the 2nd cd/product key and would like to change the
product key on one of the machines, so they are both
unique. I assume registry is place to do this, but please
advise how to do so...thanks -steve
