How 2 change date format - dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy

When creating a new task, the stat and due date format is mm/dd/yyyy. How can
I change that to dd/mm/yyyy?

It follows the standard you configured in Windows. Control Panel-> Regional
and Language Options
