When I open Outlook and go to the calendar there are two calendars listed on
the left of the screen and the first (which is empty) is always defaulted to.
But it is the 2nd that I want to use. Yet I cannot delete the first
calendar. I have to check the second calendar and uncheck the first in order
to see the calendar I want. Any way to change the default or to delete the
unwanted first default calendar?
Thanks,
Rod

Press Ctrl+6 - where is each calendar? Until we know why you have two you
can set the other calendar to be the default when outlook opens - this will
keep it checked for you. Go to tools, options, other, advanced options- at
the very top is an option to pick a folder to start in. Find the calendar
you want to use and select it.
