Outlook will aggregate all Exchange and POP accounts under one message
store. That's why you see one set of folders for that message store
where all your POP mails show up. You would have to create separate
Inbox and Sent Items folder for each account, and then you would have to
define rules to move incoming e-mails into an Inbox based on which
account through which each e-mail was received, and similarly you would
have to define an outbound rule to move the copy into a folder for the
account through which the e-mail got sent (I'm not sure about the
outbound rule since I don't have Outlook to look at right now).
As I recall, each IMAP account gets its own message store so it appears
as a separate tree in the folder pane. Check if your e-mail provider(s)
allow IMAP access to your accounts.
Another means is to use separate mail profiles. Use the Mail applet in
Control Panel to create more mail profiles, one for each e-mail account.
Makes sure to NOT choose one as the default. When you start Outlook,
you will then be prompted as to which mail profile you want to use. To
switch to a different mail profile, you have to exit and reload Outlook
so you can select a different mail profile.
