Is 2.5" HDD landing zone a standardized value?

Is the parameter landz standardized at 58139 on *all* 2.5" laptop HDDs,
regardless of their capacity?

That's the value labeled on my IBM TravelstarT 30.00 GB HDD. Anyone out
there know the landz of their 2.5" HDD? If so, please reply with not only
the landz value but the capacity of the drive as well.

THAT NUMBER IS COMPLETELY IGNORED BY MODERN HARD DRIVES.
