Editing the boot.ini file will remove the other entry. start/run, type:
sysdm.cpl
Advanced tab, startup and recovery area, settings button, Edit button.
be sure 'default=...' is set right, and then use notepads Format menu to be
sure 'word wrap' is off, then remove the unwanted line in [operating
systems] .
