All of a sudden, in any email I write in Outlook, the first letter of my
subject line disappears. If it's a forward or a reply, the R or F will be the
letter that disappears. Help, what's going on? This just started tonight. If
I look at my sent email, the letter is gone in my sent email.

any add-ins you have
what updates and patches you installed recently

I use Outlook 2007, no add-ins as far as I know. This weekend I upgraded my
virus software which is AVG, but I didn't have the problem at first, it only
started last night.
