180GB HD only seen as 130 in WIN2K

When I boot up and query the drives parameters via the BIOS, the BIOS claims
185GB. The drive is an IBM Deskstar 180GB so I believe the BIOS is probably
right.

When I use W2K SP4 Disk Manager it only sees 128GB. I successfully formated
and tested the 128GB partition, so it seems there is a only a size
discrepancy. I also tried Partition Magic 7.0 and it only sees 132GB.

Can someone suggest what I might do to get the full size recognized.
