I have a BELKIN FireWire 3-Port PCI Card(model: F5U503-
APL) running under w2k. the card is picked up correctly by
the system, and no conflict showing in the device manager.

BELKIN says this a 400 speed card and it will work under
the default w2k drivers.

but if I try to play back from my Sony handycam via iDV
link. the softwares like Ulead vediostudio or rexio
vediostreem is not beed able to use the driver. error
messages like "capture device Error" gets displayed.

Please help !!! do I need to install any other stuff. I
have SP2 for w2k so the 1394 drier that I downloaded from
MS site is not getting installed.
