I run windows xp home edition and there are six different
user accounts, one for each family member. We have a direct
cable internet connection. when they try to log on to their
own profile, everything works accept for their internet
connection. A messege pops up and says "The TCP/IP network
transport is not installed." My profile however is the only
one that works properly. How is this possible? and how can
i fix it so that i can get the internet connection to work
on their own profile? Thanks.

this might help:
